I have entered the required IDs for clickbank,amazon etc. Although posts are flowing in I see no ads or links on any of the posts. I am not sure how the monetization works? I will appreciate if someone will help.

Each Amazon product post and Clickbank post will contain affiliate links to the respective products you can earn commission on. Maybe you are only seeing posts from other modules with no aff links currently?

Thanks for the feed back. At present I am only using keyword campaign. Do I need to create a browsenode campaign to monetize?

No,
you only need to use the monetized modules in your campaign as post templates, i.e. if you want Amazon products you need a post template inside the campaign that has the {amazon}tag inside. You might want to have a look atthe videos here to get a better understanding: http://wprobot.net/videos/
