I enable the "Filter Ads?" tick box on the Clickbank module but it doesn't work. I still get descriptions with the words 'commission' and 'affiliate' etc.
Any ideas how I can stop this and get this option working? Thanks...

The filter is not 100% efficient and there can always be ads that get through. If you provide me with the text of the problematic ads I can try to add them to the filter to improve it.
