I was wondering if anyone knows when the next generation of the larger ipods (40 gig or whatever) will be coming out… My older generation one has pretty much died and I dont want to buy one now and then have them come out with a new one. Thank you.
Ok I understand that there is an 80 gig. People do not understand the question. When will apple come out with the next generation of ipod… not the iphone that is different.

I don’t know when a new one will be coming out, but there is an 80gb version out right now. It’s 0.

Nobody knows when a new generation is coming out. That is up to Apple and there is no known information of a new generation.

Well right now they have 1g,2g, and 8g Nano and 30g and 80g video
The next version of the ipod is actually the iphone. You can learn about it on apple.com
Don’t Know yet. When Steve Jobs holds a press confernce about a new product then will know. The newest iPod out is the 80 gig video iPod
